Privacy Policy

Territory Puzzle (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Data we collect

The App does not require a developer account and does not upload personal information, device identifiers, puzzle progress, or usage behavior to a developer-operated server. You may optionally connect Apple Game Center, which is operated by Apple.

2. Data stored on your device

The App locally stores completed puzzles and Journey progress, Daily completion state, unfinished game saves, solving times, hint counts, and preferences such as theme, sound, and haptics. Deleting the App normally deletes this local data unless the operating system restores it from a device backup.

3. In-app purchases

Lifetime Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your full payment-card information. The App uses StoreKit transaction status only to determine whether Pro access is available.

4. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The App contains no third-party advertising, performs no cross-app tracking, and currently includes no third-party behavioral analytics SDK.

5. Game Center

If you choose to connect Game Center, the App may submit aggregate game records such as completed-puzzle counts, Journey progress, Daily streaks, leaderboard scores, and achievement progress to Apple. The developer does not operate a separate Game Center data server. Apple handles Game Center account information under Apple’s own privacy policy.

6. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data and does not provide chat, public profiles, or user-generated content.

7. Sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected by the App because the App does not collect that information.

8. Changes

If the App’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated.

『領地パズル』（以下「本App」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本方針では、本Appにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。

1. 収集するデータ

本Appは開発者アカウントの登録を求めず、個人情報、端末識別子、パズルの進行状況、利用行動を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。Appleが運営するGame Centerには任意で接続できます。

2. 端末に保存されるデータ

クリアした問題とJourneyの進行、Dailyの完了状態、途中のゲーム、解答時間、ヒント回数、テーマ・サウンド・触覚などの設定を端末内に保存します。Appを削除すると、OSのバックアップから復元される場合を除き、通常これらのデータも削除されます。

3. App内課金

永久Proの購入はAppleがApp StoreとStoreKitを通じて処理します。開発者が完全なカード情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。本AppはPro権限の判定にStoreKitの取引状態のみを利用します。

4. 分析・広告・トラッキング

第三者広告、Appをまたぐトラッキング、第三者の行動分析SDKは使用していません。

5. Game Center

利用者が接続した場合、クリア数、Journeyの進行、Daily連続日数、ランキングスコア、実績の進行度などをAppleへ送信することがあります。開発者は独自のGame Centerデータサーバーを運営しません。

6. 子どものプライバシー

個人データを意図的に収集せず、チャット、公開プロフィール、ユーザー投稿機能を提供しません。

7. 共有・販売

本Appは個人情報を収集しないため、その販売、貸与、第三者への共有も行いません。

8. 変更

データの取り扱いが変わる場合、本方針とApp Storeのプライバシー表示を更新します。

《領地謎題》（以下稱「本 App」）尊重你的隱私。本政策說明使用本 App 時資料的處理方式。

1. 我們收集的資料

本 App 不要求註冊開發者帳號，也不會把個人資料、裝置識別碼、解謎進度或使用行為上傳至開發者營運的伺服器。你可以自行選擇連接由 Apple 營運的 Game Center。

2. 儲存在裝置上的資料

本 App 會在裝置本地儲存已完成題目與 Journey 進度、每日挑戰完成狀態、未完成存檔、解題時間、提示次數，以及主題、聲音與觸覺設定。刪除 App 通常會刪除這些資料，除非作業系統從裝置備份恢復。

3. App 內購買

永久 Pro 由 Apple 透過 App Store 與 StoreKit 處理。開發者不會收到或儲存完整付款卡資料。本 App 只使用 StoreKit 交易狀態判斷 Pro 權益。

4. 分析、廣告與追蹤

本 App 不包含第三方廣告、不進行跨 App 追蹤，目前也沒有第三方行為分析 SDK。

5. Game Center

如果你選擇連接，本 App 可能向 Apple 提交完成題數、Journey 進度、每日連續天數、排行榜分數與成就進度等彙總遊戲記錄。開發者不營運獨立的 Game Center 資料伺服器。

6. 兒童隱私

本 App 不會主動收集個人資料，也不提供聊天、公開個人檔案或使用者產生內容。

7. 分享與出售

由於本 App 不收集個人資料，我們不會出售、出租或向第三方分享此類資料。

8. 政策變更

若資料處理方式改變，我們會更新本政策與 App Store 隱私揭露。
