Terms of Use

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Territory Puzzle (“the App”), provided by Yirong Huang. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

1. Personal license

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules.

2. Gameplay and availability

The App provides offline logic puzzles, Journey progression, Daily challenges, smart hints, and optional Game Center features. Features may be improved or adjusted to maintain quality, fairness, security, and compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Apple-operated services.

3. Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks the Pro features described on the purchase screen for the supported life of the App; it is not a subscription. The local price is shown before confirmation. Purchases, refunds, family sharing, and restoration are governed by Apple and the App Store. Use “Restore Purchases” while signed into the purchasing Apple Account to recover an eligible purchase.

4. Fair play

Daily challenges intentionally hide hints for all players, including Pro users. You must not tamper with the App, its puzzle data, Game Center scores, achievements, or purchase verification, or use automation to submit misleading competitive results.

5. Intellectual property

The App’s software, original visual design, writing, puzzle presentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. It is an entertainment product, not medical, educational, or professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yirong Huang is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms when the App or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date. Your license may end if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Apple’s standard license terms

The App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region remain unaffected.

本規約は、Yirong Huangが提供する『領地パズル』（以下「本App」）の利用に適用されます。本Appを利用することで、本規約およびAppleの適用されるApp Store規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 個人利用ライセンス

App Storeの規則に従い、所有または管理するApple端末で個人的・非商用の娯楽目的に使用する、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可の権利が付与されます。

2. ゲーム内容と提供

本Appはオフライン問題、Journey、Daily、スマートヒント、任意のGame Center機能を提供します。品質、公平性、安全性、互換性を保つため機能を調整する場合があります。Appleが運営するサービスの中断なき提供は保証しません。

3. 永久Pro

永久ProはAppleが処理する非消耗型App内課金で、サブスクリプションではありません。購入画面に記載されたPro機能を、本Appがサポートされる期間にわたり解放します。価格は確定前に表示され、購入、返金、ファミリー共有、復元にはAppleとApp Storeの条件が適用されます。

4. フェアプレイ

DailyではProを含む全員にヒントを表示しません。App、問題データ、Game Center記録、実績、購入確認を改変したり、自動化で誤解を招く競技結果を送信したりしてはなりません。

5. 知的財産

ソフトウェア、独自のビジュアル、文章、問題の表現、ブランドは知的財産法で保護されています。

6. 免責

法令で認められる範囲で、本Appは「現状有姿」で提供されます。本Appは娯楽製品であり、医療・教育・専門的助言ではありません。法的に排除できない権利は本規約の影響を受けません。

7. 責任の制限

法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、Yirong Huangは間接的、付随的、特別または結果的損害について責任を負いません。地域の強制的な消費者保護は維持されます。

8. 変更と終了

機能または法的要件の変更に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。重大な違反がある場合、利用ライセンスを終了できます。

9. Apple標準ライセンス

適用される場合、本AppにはAppleの標準使用許諾契約も適用されます。国または地域の強制的な消費者の権利は影響を受けません。

本條款規範你使用由 Yirong Huang 提供的《領地謎題》（以下稱「本 App」）。使用本 App 即表示你同意本條款及 Apple 適用的 App Store 條款。

1. 個人授權

依 App Store 規則，你取得有限、非專屬、不可轉讓的授權，可在自己擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上作個人、非商業娛樂用途。

2. 遊戲內容與可用性

本 App 提供離線題目、Journey、每日挑戰、智慧提示與選用的 Game Center 功能。為維持品質、公平、安全與相容性，功能可能調整。我們不保證 Apple 營運的服務永不中斷。

3. 永久 Pro

永久 Pro 是由 Apple 處理的非消耗型 App 內購買，不是訂閱。它在本 App 受支援期間解鎖購買頁所描述的 Pro 功能。確認前會顯示當地價格；購買、退款、家庭共享與恢復均受 Apple 與 App Store 規則約束。

4. 公平遊玩

每日挑戰對包括 Pro 在內的所有玩家隱藏提示。不得竄改 App、題庫、Game Center 分數、成就或購買驗證，也不得以自動化提交誤導性的競賽結果。

5. 智慧財產

軟體、原創視覺、文字、題目呈現與品牌受智慧財產法律保護，本條款不移轉所有權。

6. 免責聲明

在法律允許範圍內，本 App 依「現況」提供，屬娛樂產品，不構成醫療、教育或專業建議。法律不可排除的權利不受影響。

7. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，Yirong Huang 不對使用本 App 所產生的間接、附帶、特殊或衍生損失負責。你所在地的強制消費者保障仍然有效。

8. 變更與終止

當 App 或法律要求改變時，我們可能更新條款；重大更新會修改生效日期。若你重大違反條款，使用授權可能終止。

9. Apple 標準授權條款

在適用情況下，本 App 同時受 Apple 的標準授權應用程式使用者授權協議約束。你所在國家或地區的強制消費者權利不受影響。
